QUALITY STATEMENT
To maintain the quality of the entire production chain, from photography to printing to shipping, all shipments of prints produced by the Ma.Ni. Photography Shop are managed with expresstracked delivery by  DHL.

SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of the shipment is charged to the customer 
right at the end of the payment process (check-out)The cost of the packaging is charged to the shop.

These are the costs depending on the destination area up to 2kg in weight and pack size of a protective tube max length 100cm, or flat packaging according to the type of printing

EU (European Union) – €.25,00
Rest of the world – €.45,00

SHIPPING
Shipment takes place within 7/10 days of order. It depends on the number and the size of the prints ordered and therefore on the different packaging options for the shipment

Delivery depends on the order area and UPS/La Poste delivery time

TRACKING
At the time of shipment to the package will be associated with a tracking number that will be promptly communicated to the customer so that he can track the package.

PACKAGING
Prints are packed with protective material suitable for the type of printing and measurement made (rigid tube or flat packaging) and entrusted for shipment to the partner of reference or UPS Parcel Service France or similar that will deliver according to their own procedures and timing.

TAXES OUTSIDE EU
In case of order other than a country of the European Union, the Customer is the importer of such prints. Customs duties or other taxes may be required by the countries concerned. These taxes are not payable by the Author and are paid by the Customer.

POSSIBLE DAMAGES
At the time of delivery by the courier , in case the customer (or who for it when withdraws) verify that the packaging is damaged please sign with specific control reservation indicating the damage found on the courier delivery note (wet, bent, damaged, torn, etc.).  If the courier does not allow the reservation, please reject the goods and inform the Author
– The Author cannot be held liable for the breach of the contract of sale/ delay due to cases beyond his control ( strike, total or partial, in particular postal services or carrier, natural disasters, etc.)

DETERIORATION
The transport risk of deterioration shall be the responsibility of the carrier. The Author cannot be held responsible for the times of delivery exceeded or non-delivery for loss of the package. No compensation may be claimed for a delay in delivery or for a deteriorated circulation, because of the carrier.

Return of prints | Right of Withdrawal
The prints are made in compliance with the highest standards of quality digital printing through reference partners of the author of the photographs, certified partners and guaranteed for quality and professionalism. However, it may happen that any inconvenience at the time of shipment, defective product, damaged or does not correspond to what was expected, is the cause of a return of the ordered print; In this case, the customer has 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased prints to exercise the right of withdrawal according to French law and that can be exercised only if the print is perfectly intact in all its parts (except material defect caused by a third party) and not used.

If an ordered Product does not correspond to the order as a mistake of the Author (e.g. photo subject or size as from the confirmation of purchase) or if there are defects related to the Product itself, the Customer has the right of withdrawal. The Customer informs the Author of the non-conformity of the article. He must return it in its original packaging.  In this case it will be the Author who bears both the return costs incurred by the Customer and those related to the delivery of the new shipment.
