Summer in the Dolomites is always a magical moment.
I took this photograph in August 2014 during a trek around the Croda da Lago. The Becco di Mezzodì (Bèco de Mesodì in Ladin) stands alone surrounded by storm clouds typical of the period.
I confess that I particularly love the reflections on the water and this photograph enhances the drama of the moment through the reflection on the waters of Lake Federa.
